Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Quinfy Background Verification Services. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our services and offer the following refund policy:

Refunds will only be provided in cases where there was a mistake on our part that resulted in a failure to provide the agreed-upon services. We take full responsibility for any errors that occur during the verification process.

Refunds must be requested within one (1) day of the initial order date. To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the refund request within this specified timeframe.

Refunds will not be provided if the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information that resulted in the failure to provide the agreed-upon services. It is essential to provide accurate and complete details during the order process to ensure a successful verification.

Refunds will not be provided if the customer cancels the order after the verification process has already begun. Once the verification process starts, the customer is not eligible for a refund if they decide to cancel.

Refunds will not be provided if the customer is not satisfied with the results of the verification process, as we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Background verification results are based on the information available and cannot be altered.
